Bien situé mais mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La situation, idéale pour participer à Chalon dans la rue tout en étant plutôt tranquille, pour un centre ville. L'accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de drap de lit du dessus(j'ai dormi directement dans ce que je considère être un couvre lit). Pas de linge de bain, uniquement un linge pour le visage, pas de lavette, pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, une chambre vétuste... Bref, si j'avais payé un prix bas ou raisonnable, j'aurais compris. Mais là, le prix de la chambre n'avait aucun rapport avec le service proposé.

Je viens depuis quelques années dans cet établissement et j’en étais à chaque fois très satisfaite car l’emplacement est vraiment bien !

Cons:

Mais cette année j’y suis restée 3 jours et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Je l’ai signalé par mail (puisqu’il n’y a presque jamais de personnel dans l’établissement). Le troisième jour, toujours pas d’eau chaude et aucun retour de l’établissement même après mon départ. C’est franchement dommage car j’appréciais vraiment cet établissement.

Excellent emplacement en plein centre-ville... Rien que pour cela cet établissement mérite toute l'attention possible. Ajoutons à cela d'excellents échanges avec le personnel qui a facilité la réservation en dernières minutes

... Malheureusement, l'établissement est vétuste. Il mériterait un rafraîchissement sur bien des points notamment les chambres et salle de bain. L'absence totale d'insonorisation des chambres fait que l'installation au rez-de-chaussée est laborieuse tant le voisinage est bruyant. Un hôtel idéal pour un dépannage mais pas pour un long séjour de plus d'une nuit

1/10 — Extremely disappointing and unacceptable

There was nobody available for check-in after 9:00 p.m. Both emergency phone numbers provided by the hotel went completely unanswered. Even after leaving, I was unable to contact the hotel for three days, and Booking.com customer service was no help either.

The facilities are very old, and the rooms are unbearably hot and stuffy. I also saw other guests leaving the hotel at 9 or 10 p.m. because they could not stand the heat.

This was an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this hotel think very carefully before booking.
