I’ll be back!
Pros:

I love this place. I was so happy to hear it is getting renovated. I have stayed here whenever I have taken a grandchild to go to Wildlife Safari. The view is fantastic. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff was the best. Very friendly, yet professional and helpful. I forgot my watch and had to go back. Can’t say enough about the staff!

Cons:

Breakfast. The first morning, the food was gone by 9:15. Also need something like pancakes or waffles.

Definitely coming back for the view and hot-tub.
Pros:

The location is stunning. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our patio. And the hot-tub was very large. It accommodated the 5 of us and 2 other hotel guests well and we didn't feel cramped or bothered by the other group at all. Breakfast options were great as well. We were on the ground floor with a patio to the outside, loved it!

This was perfect as a base to see the falls.
Pros:

On the river. Hot tub was good- not too much chlorine. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The remodeling will greatly improve the ambiance.

Beautiful view and an improving property.

Peeling wallpaper in room and bathroom was a bit worn but the hotel is in transition to a Marriott property.

Cons:

I booked a king bed and was put in a double bed room, that smelt like dog. Not what I booked. I was told by the hotel's front desk they would refund the prior booking. Did not happen.
