Pros:

Clean parking lot, spacious enough. Climate control in room good. Water pressure & temp control for shower good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Mini frige good and cold. TV & control good.

Cons:

Tricky access to Merts Dr from main road. Inside, halls, stairwell, felt old. No dimmer controls for in room lighting. Cell phone / computer connection ports in room dated. Avoid booking a room near the elevator or stairwell due to spillover noise.

It was okay, but for almost $300 a night felt it could be a little fancier Breakfast was not good. .

Cons:

We arrived at the location at 2:35 PM, we're told the room was ready but that check-in was 3:00 PM.

We're also told even though our room was ready, that we would be charged an additional $35 dollars if we checked in before 3:00 PM.

Great stay, clean, and breakfast treat!
Pros:

The overall stay was very, very good. In order for me to give a 5 then everything needs to be flawless. That being said this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need something in the area. It was clean and housekeeping did a great job making sure the room was kept tidy. The breakfast was really nice for our mornings. Items were standard for the food but it was clean and stocked always. The food staff also inquired from the guest if they needed anything and if people were having a nice morning. Just super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little dated but it is completely fine and it has a nice pool (although it was not open yet). My only room for improvement would be to have the front desk workers be a little more welcoming and friendly. They were not rude but they were not going out of their way to make you feel home, away from home.

Overpriced
Pros:

It was the closest hotel to the venue of the wedding we were attending.

Cons:

Expensive (over $300) for one night in a very basic facility. They charge $35 to check in even one minute before check-in time (3 pm) despite the fact that the room was ready and we had to be at a wedding by 3:15. The kitchenette in the room had sink, refrigerator and microwave but no utensils or plates or anything to use to eat off of.
