Great location to get on the highway. Lots of food choices nearby.
Pros:

Nice hot breakfast with all the condiments. Coffee was good. Great high protein choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was comparable.

Cons:

There were only really ripe bananas for fruit at breakfast. The doors are very heavy and every time someone left a room the door slammed hard and loud. I did not know when booking that dogs were allowed. There were dogs that barked at all hours when they heard noise in the halls.

Terrible customer relations
Pros:

We live locally. Our home was being renovated and wouldn't be finished by the time out previous hotel res ended. I booked 3 days in advance. The MORNING of checkin, 3 hours prior to the early check in I paid for I got a TEXT telling me that because I live less than 20 miles from the hotel, they had cancelled my reservation! I called and explained the situation and that I have 3 kids, 2 disabled and was told the manager would make a decision when she got in (it was already past 8am.) We had to be out of out first hotel by 11. It's not after 12noon and I haven't heard a word from the "manager." The personal n I spoke with told me she gave me plenty of notice. 3 hours.... To find a wheelchair accessible room.....

The breakfast was good, the room was cleanly, and the hotel is pet friendly with a nice area to take your dog out.

Overall we had a nice stay and will consider booking again when we are in the area to visit family.
Pros:

I liked the ventless heater/ac. It was quiet. I liked the hot tub/pool because it was salt water and didn’t inflame my sinuses from chlorine. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Maybe the way sound travels though out? There was a baby crying in another room and it sounded like it was in the room with us.

Clean, comfortable, close to where I wanted to go.
Cons:

Had trouble with the toilet being clogged. I was given a plunger to fix it. I felt that there should have been a handyman on the premises to help. Also the shower drain didn’t work well.

It's a great hotel to stay. Peoples are very friendlies (employees) and quite place

The channel on the TV. It's hard to change channels, it has to go through the long way get into other channels.

Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast bar selections which were freshly made in sufficient quantities. Fresh coffee available even when breakfast bar was closed. Location by 283 with easy on and off was great.
