Overpriced
Pros:

It was the closest hotel to the venue of the wedding we were attending.

Cons:

Expensive (over $300) for one night in a very basic facility. They charge $35 to check in even one minute before check-in time (3 pm) despite the fact that the room was ready and we had to be at a wedding by 3:15. The kitchenette in the room had sink, refrigerator and microwave but no utensils or plates or anything to use to eat off of.

Pros:

Spacious room, good breakfast, close to our activity.

Cons:

TV too small for room size. Plus no signal on some of the stations that I was interested in and notify the down stairs receptionist to maybe check a vacant room to see if the problem was our TV or a cable problem. Never got an answer. Shower and toilet area was kinda tight and toilet sits pretty low.

The big that matters
Pros:

I liked this hotel and the fact that it was on the smaller cozier side. My family and I traveled 3 hours for our boys basketball tournament and those things are always mega expensive so to find a budget/value that is close to the event venue and suites your families needs is always a plus. It was clean, there was a lot to choose from at breakfast. I liked that the utensils were individually wrapped, so were the coffee straws, the milk was also individual 12oz containers, Im not one to be too picky but I noticed those things. There was waffles, bagels, muffins, bacon, eggs, chobani yogurt, like everything you could want. I met with 3 staff, all friendly. The pool and gym were nice and clean and fully stocked with towels. The reviews say the rooms are small, I didn’t care that the rooms are small I cared that the beds and breakfast were big lol. Also did I mention breakfast was 6:30-10:30 (I stayed Saturday and Sunday) It’s good value for the money, would stay here again.

Great location to get on the highway. Lots of food choices nearby.
Pros:

Nice hot breakfast with all the condiments. Coffee was good. Great high protein choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was comparable.

Cons:

There were only really ripe bananas for fruit at breakfast. The doors are very heavy and every time someone left a room the door slammed hard and loud. I did not know when booking that dogs were allowed. There were dogs that barked at all hours when they heard noise in the halls.
