Just ok
Pros:

Staff was ok, seems like they are don't have a lot of employees as desk was doing extra work on top of covering desk

Cons:

In the middle or almost finished with a remodel i believe - updates were ok but STINKS with the new paint etc. Lots of damage from the remodel that isn't finish i.e. using old outlets that were all loose. Room is tiny, couldn't get luggage in the room without it in the way. Seemed a little pricey for this experience

Met expectations.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast tasted good, especially the biscuits.

Cons:

Would have been nice if the breakfast stayed open later. The bed frame was fairly creaky so I was little worried about waking people in the neighboring rooms as I tend to toss and turn.

The staff was polite.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable-even the kids agreed. I could literally hear the room next to us peeing. The breakfast was not stocked well and what was out was hard.

Pros:

Location was good, facility's were fine, the breakfast was one of the worst, hot food trays remained almost empty, bakery items were either stale or frozen?? Hard ,went into the trash, coffee was just ok, had to ask (after finding staff) for sugar, cup lids and this was shortly after 7am. Very poor!!
