The service was excellent. All very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, the best I've seen.

Cons:

Fact that they put us next to the elevator on the 2nd floor so noisy. Heard elevator going up and down and noisy above us so would ask for top floor not next to elevator next time.

Clean, safe, and pleasant The cigarette smell in the room was my only complaint.
Pros:

The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. I was not impressed. They were signs warning of $500 fees for smoking in the room so I told the staff right away about the smell. They offer to send up something to help with it but I declined. Perhaps it is just personal preference. The bathroom was a toilet and tub only. There was a sink across from the bathroom door in the room. Do other people like this? Maybe it helps people get ready faster. It was very inconvenient for our lifestyle. Perhaps that is just us.

Not a fan of your workers!
Pros:

I’ve heard disrespectful comments from a worker whose name I did not catch, and the next morning the other employee had an attitude! Either find new employees or talk to the ones you have! Wont be visiting again!
