A great location and very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff is fabulous -- very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The rooms are comfortable and it's very nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator in addition to the usual coffee maker.

Cons:

We've stayed here 4 times when we come to the Philly Flower Show. The en suite bathrooms are a little cramped. Also, they have a fancy coffee machine in the breakfast area that grinds beans and brews coffee to order. The coffee is very good, but it takes a relatively long time to brew it and there's sometimes a backup with people waiting. I prefer the "old fashioned" way of coffee in thermal pitchers.

Perfecte locatie, ruime en schone kamer
Pros:

De locatie is ideaal. Midden in het centrum en ook ‘D avonds is het daar buiten prima om te zijn. Metro (in Philly noemen ze het train) is om de hoek. Wij hebben alles lopend kunnen doen wat we in de stad wilden zien. Parkeergarage aan het hotel was ook ideaal.

Cons:

Qua hotel zelf niks. Wij zien het niet zitten om autosleutels af te geven voor het parkeren. Dit moet omdat ze auto’s achter elkaar parkeren. Wij gaven aan dit niet te willen en er was steeds wel een plek vrij waarvoor dit niet hoefde maar het was vervelend geworden als er niet zo’n vrije plek geweest zou zijn.

Recently stayed again at Holiday Inn Express Midtown on Walnut in Philadelphia. Nice room, indoor parking,. good breakfast, exercise room, friendly staff, and unbeatable location. Great value too

Weekend trip ! Clean room, good breakfast and coffee and tea available all day.
Pros:

Great area and a lot of places in walking distance. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The hotel is excellent. The location is very good. The employees are wonderful. I would like to thank Miss Tanya who helps to maintain the rooms, and Mr. Charles who is always helpful as a wonderful doorman. There are so many other employees who all help to create a warm atmosphere and help to create a safe environment for the customers. Thank you again, Sincerely, Melinda Aimee Roth

Thanks to the staff we had awesome time
Pros:

Staff hard working people! The two front desk employees, two men that worked on 12/31/2025hours 2pm to 11 pm , worked so hard making sure every single person was taken care , they were beyond busy and stayed patient and friendly, again they both deserve a raise seriously! Morning staff wonderful as well breakfast was out ready feast everyone and they were very sweet
