Never Again

Online said recently renovated. We were in room 137, obviously not renovated. First floor hall constantly smelled of Marijuana, it even came through our door. Loud music playing 130 in morning. 2 huge stains on couch, which we did not use. 4 bed pillows were worthless, super flat. Towels were like sandpaper. Extremely poor lighting in bathroom.

Pros:

it was super close to the restaurants!! and then a 24 min drive to bushkill

Cons:

it was not clean and smelled like cigarettes but i think it is just an older facility

Great location, unclean stay

Waffles at breakfast were complimentary and delicious

Cons:

I walked into the room and it was not clean to my expectations. The carpet had lint, food and the floor hadn't been mopped in the bathroom or entryway either. The seat had finger nails and crumbs on it. I told front desk who then asked if I wanted to clean it myself since there was no housekeeping staff!!!! I wanted my room clean and said yes so my kids wouldn't be in filth but it was inappropriate to ask me the paying guest to clean my own room which I did with the assistance of a nice maintenance man. I was not happy with the excessive temperature of the pool and it too lacked cleanliness. The place really seems to have gone down hill since I last stayed there

Overall for the price it was worth the stay!
Pros:

Easy check in and check out. Clean room, good amentities, friendly staff, super walkable to main street. I felt safe walking to mainstreet and back.

Cons:

The carpets in the room smelled horrible. Its time to replace the carpet. The pot holes outside the hotel were so bad for cars. Hopefully they have fixed them since I got there.

Pros:

I love this hotel. Me and my family stay here once a year usually. It’s very clean, pretty quiet, and very convenient for us.

Cons:

Our hotel room did not have hot water for 12 hours

The desk manager female was nice and helpful

Cons:

The workers that take care of the rooms once a person checks out. Key word check out, stood outside my room and talked loudly while I tried to sleep.

Much worse than expected from Hilton
Pros:

Only the pool

Cons:

At first we were placed in a room where the drain was leaking in the bathroom and we had urine from upstairs in our bathroom.
We were relocated to another room where toilet paper holder was broken, shampoo bottle was empty, one tower smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, the floor was very dirty (our legs turned black after walking in a room barefoot for some time)

Also during breakfast, the person refilling food was not wearing gloves and was touching food with her bare hands
