The room wasn’t as clean as I thought and bathroom and with two beds it’s tight and the carpeting wasn’t all clean and vacuumed the beds squeaked and there was a wedding where people were coming in at two in the morning one in the morning three in the morning and talking loud you should have signs for people tell at the desk courteously to be quiet for people they are sleeping and more

Pros:

I liked the location and the rooms were nice. Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

I was price disappointed with room charge.. When I reached out about booking.com having a lower price for the same time frame, I was referred here and there. Asked to take snapshots, etc. Learned a valuable lesson.

ראו הוזהרתם – מפגע בטיחותי ושירות לקוי

הגענו למלון ונאלצנו לעזוב תוך פחות משעה. באזור הלובי והקבלה היו אנשים שיכורים שהתנהגו בצורה מאיימת, לצד ריחות חריפים של אלכוהול וחומרים אסורים בשטחי המלון. המקום הרגיש לחלוטין לא בטוח לשהייה.

פקידת הקבלה הבטיחה במקום שנקבל החזר כספי מלא עקב הנסיבות. בפועל, החשבון חויב במלואו ללא שום החזר, והנהלת המלון מתעלמת לחלוטין מפניות במייל. תרמית ושירות מחפיר, תתרחקו!

I will never stay at that hotel again.
Pros:

- The bed was comfortable.
- Staff managing the food area during breakfast were pleasant and get the area clean and well stocked with food.
- Parking was convenient and parking lot was well lighted at night.
- Hotel was close to downtown Stroudsburg and within walking distance.
- Good internet service (quick and standard Hilton log-in.

Cons:

- When I was greeted at the hotel I said Hi, the receptionist said “Bye!”. I immediately felt an air of hostility. When I displayed my surprise at her comment, she never smile, but instead she said “It was a joke” and again never smile. I did not feel welcomed at this hotel. Very surprising noted I only stay at Hilton properties.
- Staff didn’t greet me as a Hilton Honor member that I normally receive at a Hilton property.
- Staff didn’t wear a name tags and I had to ask what her name was
- One of the staff member was wearing what appeared to be sweat pants and sweater.
- chair in room 314 had a large stain on it (see photo)
- Floor (Rm 314) near the air conditioning unit was soaking wet. (front desk was contacted and we were advised that they would look into it)
- Desktop was stained with hand smudges (see photograph)
- Tub under the top drain was dirty and stained
- No shampoo in the shower dispenser.
