Pros:

everything was excellent, the friendly staff, the clean everything, the spacious room, the delicious rich breakfast.
the only thing I didn't like is the A/C, I put it on 68 however the room was still not cool !!

The location is outstanding! And I loved that there was a Dunkin right across the parking lot.
Pros:

Breakfast was great … open a little later on a Saturday would have been nice. I had to choose between showering and breakfast because I slept in.

Cons:

The floor in the bathroom was sticky so I just wore my slippers when not in my shoes.

Pros:

The hotel was quiet, well kept, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and i loved having fresh brewed coffee available through the day.

Cons:

The shower head needs updating as the pressure was low. The elevator needs service as it was a bit bumpy but it worked okay. The bathtub needs a refurbishing. The signage to the hotel was a bit confusing.
