The staff at the reception were amazing and kind. The cleaning staff were also so cooperative and understanding.
The location could not be beat. It was right off the interstate and right next to a ton of amenities like Dunkin, and Wegmans. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy.
The room itself needed a more modern "facelift". The bathroom was very dated. The tub was clean had calcified spots around the faucet. The shower curtain was in rough shape. The room was also very dark. There were lamps and lights but even with them on it was dark. I guess it was just cause the color of the carpet and furnishings. Tried to open the blind that slides up on the window but it wasn't set properly and tugging it felt like it was going to break. TV was nice because we could log into our Netflix account and watch shows. Overall, it served its purpose: A place to rest after a long evening of driving and hanging out in town for a day. Just wished it was more updated and modern.

No comments. The internet service was unreliable and only worked in the lobby, not in the guest rooms as expected. The shower in my room was broken upon arrival and was not repaired for two days. As a result, I had to wait approximately 48 hours before I could take a shower, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable
I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. On Tuesday, I noticed that my foundation liquid appeared to have been used while I was staying there. When I brought this concern to the attention of the reception staff, I expected it to be handled professionally and respectfully. Instead, I felt that my concern was dismissed, and I was treated rudely.
Regardless of the outcome of an investigation, guests should be able to raise concerns without feeling ignored or disrespected. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and significantly affected my confidence in the hotel's service.

Loved the breakfast, staff was pleasant.
No ac, slimy walls, mirrors had a film, room wreaked of bodily fluids which the humidity level exasperated, all the hallway doors had a film on them which was noticeable because you could see where the wiping occurred. Elevator was filthy, no remote for the other tv, no shampoo, no bedding for the pull out, when I asked for it from the desk, they weren’t sure if I was going to have to come to the front desk for bedding. Fortunately they were able to bring me some, otherwise I would have had to come to the front desk with my children or leave them sleeping alone in the room. An alarm went off during the night, we evacuated, but had no explanation, I was receiving texts from the hotel about how things were, but no text about the emergency. Shower curtain was too small, water was all over the floor which was a hazard for our children. I could not submit photos.
I was given a room that was freshly (and still wet!) painted. As a result, my hand was covered in red paint when I went to shut the door. It also got on an expensive jacket and my white tennis shoes. I asked for another room that had not just been painted. The following morning, as I was heading out of the room, I noticed a lamp was left on. So, I propped open the door with my luggage to turn it off. As a result, my luggage now also has red paint on it. So, I was given yet another still wet painted room! I still have red paint on my belongings despite my immediate effort to clean them.
I do not understand why you would book guests into rooms that were covered in wet paint. The fumes were also very unpleasant.
