It was perfect.
One and only recommendation woujj look s be larger coffee cups .
The location and the comfort of the room.
Counter staff need to lay off their phones. Rude and unprofessional to see this.
Coffee
When I arrived, there was only one staff member assisting all customers. Apparently, there was a power outage earlier. The employee had to walk me to my room and unlock the door with a physical metal key. The electronic keys were not working. I could not leave my room because I had no way to get back in other than the one employee having to walk me to my room and unlock the door. I did not attempt breakfast because I had no way to get back in. There was absolutely no communication to customers. The fire alarm went off a couple times disturbing my rest. People were at the mercy of one employee who by the way did her best accommodating all of us. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a major bonus.
I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
it was sad.
The coffee was hot. No hot water Saturday morning.
The breakfast was great
The room smelled like cigarettes
Location was convenient
They have charged y credit card for nearly $1800, this was prepaid through booking.com. I am pursuing reversal of the charges, and will have American Express reverse the charges if needed. Pathetic.
Clean
Nice hotel, comfortable spacious room
The couch was a bit uncomfortable but not too bad!
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service
We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Newtown in Yardley, PA, and I would especially like to commend the lively and welcoming front desk staff, particularly Britney, who truly made our special day memorable. Her warmth and professionalism, along with the rest of the team’s effort, made us feel genuinely appreciated and well taken care of.
The room assigned to us was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. My daughter especially enjoyed the tub, which was a nice touch after a long day. While the room was a little on the darker side, it was still very amenable and relaxing overall.
Breakfast was good and satisfying. We appreciated the rotation of bacon and sausage on different days, and the waffle maker was a great addition. Parking was ample and convenient, and the hotel’s location is very close to Trenton–Mercer (TTN) Airport, which made travel easy.
Overall, this was a great stay with friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. We truly appreciate Britney and the entire team for making our stay extra special and would happily return.
We had a lot of luggage, and unfortunately there was no staff available to assist us at the time, which made check-in a bit challenging. Housekeeping was also unavailable before 5:00 PM, which limited flexibility during the afternoon.
As a former Hilton Honors Diamond member, I can say the hotel is older, though it is well maintained. For guests staying longer, the experience could be further improved by offering more breakfast variety, as the current selection can feel repetitive over time. Other than these points, our stay was overall fine.
It is in a great location for us to visit family.
Only one small thing … the pillows were not so good.
Location
