Pros:

Cons:

No hot breakfast, as advertised. Very disappointing.
The bed was too soft, but that is a personal opinion.

Schlafen gut, sonst nichts
Pros:

Die grundsätzliche Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut für die Preisklasse. Es wirkt noch recht ordentlich. Die Betten sind bequem, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal zeigte sich komplett desinteressiert, sitzen herum, spielen auf dem Handy, sind unfreundlich, erbringen keinerlei Service oder Korrekturleistung.
Es hingen überall Zettel aus, auf denen steht "morgen kein warmes Frühstück..weil Ofen kaputt" .. wir waren von 4.-6.8. da, die Zettel waren vom 29.7. ..es war also jeden Tag der Tag, an dem es kein warmes Frühstück gab. Zudem war auch die PancakeMaschine ausgestellt, also gab es das auch nicht .. was eigentlich nichts mit einem kaputten Ofen zu tun hat. Es sind wohl nur Spar - oder Bequemlichkeit-Maßnahmen, dass es im Prinzip nichts ordentliches zum Frühstück gibt. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde ich gefragt, ob ich früher auschecken möchte .. dem Personal ist es völlig egal, ob man zufrieden ist. Zudem hat der Kühlschrank des Zimmers nicht gekühlt, sondern gefrostet, so dass unsere Getränkedosen schaden genommen haben und wir die entsorgen mussten. Auch dir USB-Anschlüsse gingen nur zum Teil, einige defekt. Der Pool hat einen Lift für Immobilie Menschen (was an sich sehr toll ist), aber: auch der ging nicht. Es war traurig anzusehen, wie ein Mann seine junge Frau auf den Lift setzte ..beide voller Freude, dass sie auch zu ihren Kindern ins Wasser kann.. nur um dann feststellen, zu müssen, dass der Lift nicht funktioniert 🤮. Übrigens wurden an beiden Tagen auch keine Handtücher am Pool bereitgelegt, man muss also nochmal auf's Zimmer rennen und es von da holen.
Personal austauschen gegen Menschen, die ihre Arbeit gerne machen.. dann wäre es gut da.

It was clean, convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Good quality coffee available.e 24 h/day was a definite plus.

Cons:

Hot breakfast was not available, unfortunately due to kitchen problems.

Ok for one or two nights. Great location!
Pros:

Location, Price, rooms were clean and so was pool.

Cons:

Service desk attendants... SOME could have been more pleasant. One even came across as rude. Check in person was on great. So just depends on who you get. No air in elevator or second floor hallway. Second floor hallway smells a little musky. We were done in plenty of time, but lady started taking up condiments off tables at 9 am when breakfast is served until 9:30. I could see others rushing through line because of it. The MOST uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on!

Pleasant, quiet hotel with a good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Good variety. Loved that they had fresh baked pastry and boiled eggs. Stellar Pancake machine!

Good stay
Pros:

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't work too well.....thank goodness the weather was a little cool. Room felt stuffy.

The bed was EXCEPTIONAL!! I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning.

Breakfast was also great!!
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially Molly at the desk also was another very helpful lady at the desk but I can’t recall her name.

Cons:

Mattress could use update. I could feel where others had put there legs and bottom - indents in the mattress.
