The property was very clean great staff amazing we checked in with a young man name Joshia I’m probably spelling his name wrong. This young man was outstanding also the second shift lady I don’t know her name she was amazing just as well…
Not enough sink space that’s it!
Location was excellent; ability to get into and out of property was excellent.
Exterior of property was filthy; bird droppings and litter on parking lot.
Nice sized room, and it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly (especially the front desk when I checked in). They were also helpful. I had locked my key card in the room as I was making a second trip to bring in items from my car, and fortunately a housekeeper who saw me get in the room initially was still around when I realized I was locked out and she remembered me tand used her pass card to save me an embarrassing trip to the front desk.
I liked the location. Not too far from good restaurants and stores. Easy to turn into traffic
Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. Nobody seemed to know what was going on to reserve rooms properly. Immediately after checking in, bringing everything up the elevator FOUR FLOORS + my kids, one of the housekeepers gets an attitude due to the fact the manager was assigning rooms that had not been cleaned on that floor & told me that “I need to go back downstairs and get a different room”. Just rude and attitude so nasty. Room situation was resolved.. Next day, I had to ask if housekeeping would be coming to my room because no one attempted to stop by & I didnt have a sign up. I was told they would come while I was out… Returned later that evening to find more washcloths and towels & the sheets just PULLED BACK! One of my kids accidentally wet the bed & they just pulled the cover back! didnt change it or NOTHING! piss poor housekeeping. The box springs were VERY stained with brown circles. There appeared to be stains & possible mold on the wall behind the nightstand. 0/10 do not recommend! I normally book with Marriott hotels & this was the WORST ever! Seems like a popular location for the service to be so poor.
Room was dirty. Informed front desk and they corrected it however it’s not ok for a room to be in that condition.
It was nice and clean
Our room only had two chairs and large srea for a sofa which was not in the room. One small trash can for the room - people were putting trash in receptacles outside their rooms. No extra food a roll of toilet paper in our room - we had to ask someone to bring us some as the roll in the room was over half gone!
Nice location, nice looking hotel, rooms were o.k. not stellar. Could be even more clean. Noticed a stain on the bed skirt. No trash can in bathroom.
