Friendly staff, clean and a great stay.
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It smelled nice, was clean and worth the stay. They have Starbucks coffee, so that was a bonus. We ate there and the food was really good.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the lack of general maintenance. There were a few places where a door was rusty or a patch of wall needed to be sanded and painted. These aren't major issues but things that should be part of normal up-keep and would make the hotel look a little nicer. Nothing show stopping though.

Pros:

I did not get breakfast at hotel.

Cons:

No trash bags in trash can. Smelly damp hallway, large dog barking. Needs upgrade to match other courtyard marriot at 21st. Overall good. Pleasant Staff

Pros:

Location, staff and rooms were great. Enjoyed our over night stay

Cons:

We booked through booking.com and nowhere did it say there was a pet fee. We got to the hotel and found out there is a $75 PER PET fee, we have 3 dogs!! Not happy about that.

I paid wayyyy too much for that nasty room. Was traveling with family and their room was ok. No other rooms to move to

Cons:

The room we had was absolutely nasty!!! Floors were stained, hand prints and some kind of other stains were on headboard. Room smelled like a wet dog, literally the bed and boxsprings were on the floor. No bedframe
