Pros:

The cleanliness of the rooms with great decor throughout the facility. We felt very safe there with no issues entrance and departure lunch breakfast facilities without standing great outstanding customer service from day one,

Located in a great area but the hotel was not in great condition.

It was in a great area. Restaurants, mall, an outlet were all within close proximity.

Had to be moved when I first checked in because the sheets and pillow cases were stained. Got to the second room and there were still stained sheets on the bed.After speaking with the front desk attendant I was informed that it would be a lengthy process with getting a refund. I had my family with me and it was late in the evening and really couldn’t make arrangements to stay anywhere else. The front desk requested that housekeeping bring me fresh bedding to my room. The pictures online of the rooms did not look like that in person. They don’t look as renovated or refreshed. However the lobby does look similar to the pictures showing some type of recent updates. The pool area nor did the workout room looked like what was presented in the pictures. We stayed the duration of our trip at this location because we already had other obligations in the area to attend but we will not be staying at this location again.

Our stay was an awesome experience and we will definitely stay again

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean the staff was very friendly. The room and the entire hotel smelled very fresh.

Cons:

The pillows did not match the comfort of the bed. Although they had two for each person they were very flat.

It was a ok stay to be there. Penny their front office executive was very helpful.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Easy parking

Cons:

Long line for checkin. Almost took 30 min waiting after a long drive.
Non refundable pet fee of 75 usd. That was bad and should have been informed upfront by booking.com
Should have facility to tap the card at reception.
