really old motel musty not clean

The beds were harder, but comfortable. The air conditioner was dirty, but I did pull the filter to rinse it. The room was nice and cool. The place did appear to be half ways redone. Just not well. Things could have been a little cleaner. There were plenty of towels.

Os a good car for drive

Very soft beds and they have an indoor pool they are located right off 95 . And the staff was very nice

Pool was closed and only had cold breakfast

I knew it would not be great, but I hate finding bugs in my bathroom. There was too much mold. Breakfast was ok.

Walked into the room and the smell was awful. The floor was sticky, it was very dirty and the bathroom had holes in the shower wall lining. After looking around the room, we grabbed our things and walked right back out and ended up booking a hotel elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible they are mean the food was not good the rooms was dirty they are racist and my kids didn't like the experience they got kicked out the pool kicked out the gym

I wish I could download pictures of how filthy and run down this place was. You should be ashamed to affiliate yourself with this place. Makes me wonder about ever booking with you again.

Nothing in my room worked, the microwave didn’t work, the sink leaked really badly onto the floor every time we used it, half the outlets didn’t work, the air conditioner barely worked so it was hot in the room, the area behind the bed (the headboard area) was covered with sticky dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in months

The room was moldy smelling and there was a fee for pets , which I did not see listed in the policies. I don’t mind paying a pet fee, but would like to know ahead of time so I can compare them.
We ended up not staying at this location.

The tub would not drain while taking a shower.

The property was dingy. The wi fi was not working. The indoor pool was closed. The ac in my room was so loud that i had to turn it off. The staff was indifferent.

Was dirty and questionable people. Said they have two pools. One indoor (was closed for maintenance) and one outside (concrete over)

Workers staying there were noisy and presented safety concerns.

This place is a dump

It was convenient right off the interstate. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Very basic. But it was clean and breakfast was good.

Key card didn’t work upon arrival. Took the better part of 30 minutes to get a card that actually worked forcing us to take a different room. During our stay guests were drinking alcohol outside of their room on the balcony. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were not in service.

The lock to the door barely opens its falling off inside the room. One of the beds went to lay on it and it goes down to floor on one side had to sleep on one side or i would get ejected from bed. All honesty i would of left if i could of got money back. Bathroom light strobes like a night club. Outside lights at night are so bright probably to deter unwelcomed activity. But dont have adequate blinds to block light from illuminating my room was darker in daylight then at night time.

Tv didn’t work so I tried calling office phone had no chord vanity coming off showerrof falling when I talked with owners they said if you didn’t book with hotel.com I could have gave you a better room .
