I was in town for a seminar and this was not conducive to being as alert and productive as I otherwise would have been.

* bathroom was clean
Pros:

We missed breakfast because we didn’t know it ended at 9:30? We arrived downstairs at 9:25 & the kitchen area was cleaned & food was put away. It was closed early which caused us to miss it

Cons:

* Baseboard stripping behind door was peeled away and dangling.
* Sitting chair was small & not comfortable
* bedding (coverlet) appear to have been worn

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that on two recent stays, I left the room to eat breakfast and when I returned to the room ( around 9:30AM), I was locked out. My card no longer worked. The front desk had to reprogram it.
