Sheets had gum stuck to them
I’ve stayed several times now located close to everything. Food shopping and my friends and family that I come to visit
No complaints at all
My husband is a Military wounded man 71 years of age 44 years military service. We expected a bit more from the staff . The room was never cleaned after the first day. No New towels I complained to the front desk the gentleman said how sorry they were and he wrote down that we needed the room cleaned and the bed made also we needed towels ever day We never received clean sheets nor a clean room , we again spoke to the front office and was told they would definitely send someone but the person never appeared. I spoke to the cleaning lady early in the morning and she said she was the only one there due to the lack of people who were out and she had to do all the work. She gave me two towels for that second day and we never received and other clean towels or sheets 4 nights in the same bed and every night I had to make sure I made the bed and air dryer the towels . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. My granddaughter also stay in rm 419 and I was in 409 we both were very disappointed!!!!
No one to clean
Clean room , comfortable bed, quiet, great shower, good breakfast, great location
Having coffee available in the lobby during the day would be awesome!! Other than that everything was great
Location is good access to expressway. Hotel is usually clean.
Breakfast is lacking options, they never put out non dairy creamer, coffee not available at 4 a.m. when we leave
