A Poor Choice
Pros:

The hotel was overpriced and in poor condition. My first room smelled so strong of smoke that I asked for a different room. The woman at the desk didn't seem at all surprised and just gave me a new key without any comments. The new room didn't smell like smoke but I did notice that the smoke detector was missing in my room. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The next morning I met another sad customer who said he was kept up all night with loud guests and didn't a different room. The woman told him that wouldn't be likely as they were sold out. Just generally an uninspiring stay. I will not stay here again.

Terrible Cleanliness/Mold in my first room
Pros:

The staff and the check in process was great. There was just mold growing on the AC Unit in my first room. I am glad that I noticed it right away. They got me set up in another room, which wasn't a tough task. Just overall the mold in the first room grossed me out and made the whole stay not great.

The front desk was very helpful as I booked a queen instead of two doubles for 4 people

The bathtub had a big hole in it. There were bugs in the bathroom.
The room was so humid, the sheets felt wet

A good stay
Pros:

We enjoyed a good nights sleep on good beds with great linens. The room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Home away from home.
Pros:

I love this place. My home away from home. I’m always working in town when I stay here. The staff is exceptional! Only thing I can think of that would make it better, is to have free beer in the fridge!

lWe have stayed at this motel before. Its quality has declined significantly.

They could do much better!
Pros:

Our room smelled strongly of insect spray. The toilet was not clean. The bathtub had been painted and the paint was all peeling off. There was NO WAY that I would have gotten into that tub! The beds were clean. The TV and the HV/AC worked well. The breakfast and the breakfast area were good. The price was very reasonable but due to the overall condition of our room, we would not make a return visit.
