Good, the man (red head) was pleasant at the breakfast buffet and was helping cleaning tables. He was great.

Conveniently located not too far off I75. Comfortable and clean, nice stay for the 1 night I needed

Decent but lacking customer service.
Pros:

The location and breakfast where amazing. The cook / kitchen staff were delightful.

Cons:

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Both bottles were empty. Which was very disappointing. And I told the staff that the water jug by the front door was empty the night we got there. And in the morning it was still empty and there was no water. The staff did not seem happy when I was telling them this and I did not find them friendly at all. The staff at the front desk, especially the woman does not seem to have customer service experience. I felt uncomfortable talking to her.

Staff were very inviting and it was very clean!
Pros:

Based on pictures I thought the rooms would have carpet in them but it was a bonus to see hard flooring in the room! Staff were super friendly and the pool was warm, would definitely book here again!

Cons:

Tub would pool water whenever taking a shower and the drain did not go down so I couldn’t give my kids a bath, just a shower. Breakfast was average but decent sized seating for eating!

Decent hotel experience
Pros:

This LaQuinta location is clean and maintained on the exterior as well as the interior. Our room was clean and adequate; the breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Rude !!!!!
Pros:

Loc is key with loves right next store, plus I get to use the hot tube.

Cons:

I had a rude lady knock on my door, because I was 5 mins passed check out. Mind you I was late because all the karts were being used and I had to carry my stuff down too my truck. I stay here all the time, I never had an issue.

Nice hotel, nice staff, pet friendly. Clean, updated, comfy rooms. Good breakfast with enough options and drinkable coffee. Will consider LaQuinta Inns more in our travels.

We weren’t at the hotel. I took other than to sleep in one day my son played in the pool so I guess in all of it is OK.

The location is great but the house keeping needs more attention!!

Items in the room were dirty. Food splattered on the lamp shade and the curtains!! One bed needs a new mattress, it sags The entire 3rd floor spelled like Mexican food was being cooked up there.
Have stayed here multiple times and this time was very disappointing.
