Best experience at Holiday Inn in past 12 months.
Pros:

Breakfast was the best I have compared to stays at Oak Ridge, Clinton and Caryville/Rocky Top TN. The area was clean, attendant wore gloves and she maintained the buffet extremely well. Food was hot and replenished in a timely manner.she showed a high level of experience and professionalism.

Cons:

Hotel was older and eating area small given number of customers.

We stayed there to just get maybe 6 hours of sleep we checked in later at night and checked out before breakfast was ser
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

At check in I had to wait for someone to be at the front desk which was extremely unacceptable considering my family had been driving all day and was only to get a few hours of sleep

Very pleasant
Pros:

I would give it a 5 star review except the shower water pressure is so low that it takes a long time to shower and shampoo.
