Large comfy room & good breakfasts.
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights & each morning various food choices were available. Definitely not the same each day.

Cons:

Our room was on 2nd floor near the open downstairs area. Early each morning chairs scratching against the floor woke us. Possibly covering each chair leg with a rubber covering/plug would help.

The staff was nice

Cons:

We made reservations ahead of time, when we got there they were sild out but had a room for us. The room was right by the lobby where people eat. We went into our room and went to use the toilet and the sink was full of dark water and the sink was plugged and overflowed onto the floor. We went out and told the staff and asked for a different room and they didnt have any options so the manager came in with a plunger and mop and tried getting the sink unplugged and that didnt work, he tried calling maintenance and they didnt respond. This was after midnight after traveling 9 hours. We finally told them we were going to find somewhere else. They refunded us however finding a place that wasnt full made us travel quite a bit further which after driving for 9 hours we were wanting to get some sleep before needing to get up and drive another 10 hours early in the morning which paying the price for a new room with a very limited amount of sleep was less than ideal.

Easily accessible to our event, comfortable bed, could have been better breakfast food options and area for the guests.

Cons:

Poor breakfast bar. Other Holiday Inn/ Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at had much better breakfast areas, food options and the quality of food was better.
