Bad odor and bring your own shampoo. Didn't know ahead of time

other than last night stay. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have sample shampoo and went to front desk to try to purchase some but the hotel didn't sell any. But the woman which I thought was nice lied to me. She said she would find some and bring them to my room. Never heard anything from her again. If they didn't offer this why don't they put this on the search. BRING YOUR OWN. SORRY BUT AGRAVATED smelled like smoke in hallway and room. I DON'T SMOKE.

Stay was great! Luvd the location, facility was clean! Didn’t do breakfast but I never had problems with any breakfasts

Location was fantastic easy on n off the highway close to restaurants gym gas station grocery store very accessible

Cons:

Side doors were either left open or jammed shut and the parking was awful! You had dumpsters and storage units ,big trailers taking up tons of spaces , construction vehicles taking multiple spots …my first night there arrived late and there was nooooo place to park ??? I left my jeep in the unloading zone for 15 maybe 20 minutes at 11 pm or later at night took my luggage in made a call n used the bathroom after a 10 he drive n the front desk called my room wanting to know if ur was my vehicle and if I thought I had vip parking ??? He did so in a joking manner but not really …not a great impression

Large comfy room & good breakfasts.
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights & each morning various food choices were available. Definitely not the same each day.

Cons:

Our room was on 2nd floor near the open downstairs area. Early each morning chairs scratching against the floor woke us. Possibly covering each chair leg with a rubber covering/plug would help.

The staff was nice

Cons:

We made reservations ahead of time, when we got there they were sild out but had a room for us. The room was right by the lobby where people eat. We went into our room and went to use the toilet and the sink was full of dark water and the sink was plugged and overflowed onto the floor. We went out and told the staff and asked for a different room and they didnt have any options so the manager came in with a plunger and mop and tried getting the sink unplugged and that didnt work, he tried calling maintenance and they didnt respond. This was after midnight after traveling 9 hours. We finally told them we were going to find somewhere else. They refunded us however finding a place that wasnt full made us travel quite a bit further which after driving for 9 hours we were wanting to get some sleep before needing to get up and drive another 10 hours early in the morning which paying the price for a new room with a very limited amount of sleep was less than ideal.
