Staff was never available, the place smelled of cigarettes. Getting ahold of anyone at the front desk was impossible. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Wonderful Stay!!
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay at Country Inn & Suites Austin North. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job! Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — from check-in to check-out. They really made me feel welcome. We did not stay due to the lack of cleanliness
Pros:

This place was horrible! It smelled like a wet sock as soon as I walked into the building and only got worse when we went into the room. My allergies immediately kicked in, so I had to turn around and leave immediately. I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do it, but they'd get back to me. Very disappointed!!
