Hotel nice, drunken environment Not good. Never be back.

Large loud group sat at your pull frim 10 pm to 3 am drinking, yelling and screaming. Could not sleep well
Why are people allowed to do that? Security did nothing..

Pros:

Pros:

Check in time is 3 pm. I arrived at 4:30 and room was not available with no estimate as to when the room might be available. When I inquired as to why the room wasn’t available, the explanation was that they were sold out. The room became available after 5 pm, which is 2 hours after the posted check in time. I tried to use the gym but that was pointless as they don’t maintain the equipment. The one elliptical was broken and the treadmill was set on a maximum 5 minute time, so I gave up quickly. There are lots of other hotels in the area and any would be a better choice. The room smelled musky and moldy and the AC filters hadn’t been cleaned in the last decade. I’d sleep in my vehicle before I considered staying here again. They’ll post some comment from the manager about taking the comments to heart, but I attempted to talk to a manager upon checkin and was brushed off. They only became interested once they figured out my Hilton status and figured out I was going to post a review.

Location and price. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The AC in the room we were in was not working properly. The hotel manger was nice enough to move us to another room. All was good 👍 😌.

AWFUL !
Pros:

Awful! Ugh.. OLD! RUSTY! Raggedy!
TUB disgusting! Ice machine RUSTY, all the way down to the second floor for it NO OTHER ICE MACHINE worked.. Woke up this AM no water! SMH, tried to use room phone to call front desk an ask about the water, it’s just there for decoration on the desk (phone).. So I get down stairs to the front desk they’re handing out bottles of water.. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.. Happy birthday to me couldn’t shower, had to wash my face & brush my teeth with bottle water.. A hour or so later water comes back on, see pictures.. SMH.

Nice People Good Area
Pros:

This Property treated me very well: Special Thanks to Chyiel, who checked me in the first night. She went out of her way to acknowledge my Status, greeted me warmly, upgraded me, and in general made me feel very welcome. The Property is next to a movie theatre and several restaurants. Seems like a safer area. BEWARE of all the surrounding construction on roads… My room was comfortable, new streaming TVs, fitness center is ok, outdoor pool, comfortable lounge area in lobby. Good Stay, Nice People.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

A lot of the outside seating around the pool are rusted and broken. Maybe 3 out of about 15 chairs were usable. The bed was super hard and the pillows are super thin.

I thought the hotel was about average.
Pros:

It was a run of the mill hotel breakfast About what I expected the coffee was not hot

Cons:

Cleaner room, the bathroom was not very clean there was mold or mildew around the shower.
