Pros:

staff got us extra gravy, the staff were nice

Cons:

the lobby and rooms needs remodeled. rooms have old smell, is dated for a La Quinta. there was a small bug on the hand soap dispenser could have been cleaned a little better. toilet wasn't flushing properly. had to wiggle the toilet handle.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The room and facilities were not clean, the elevator did not show a current inspection, and the floors were very uneven/unlevel and seem broken in some places. The breakfast was mediocre. Since LaQuintas are normally nice and the price higher than other brands, I was surprised by this facility.

My stay could have been better but also could have been worse
Pros:

easy to find, easy check in, friendly staff, felt safe

Cons:

Stained sheets, wifi would not work, key didn’t work bc someone at the front desk moved our rooms for no reason. A/C was terrible- sweated the whole night

Do not stay here with pets, morning lady is terrible!!!! She should be fired! She was sick and sneezing and coughing eve

The lady that is there for morning shift is rude! She insisted on getting our room cleaned because we had dogs! Nobody else cared, my dogs get worked up around people. They said they had to come to my room and I had a leak. They put a box fan in it, it smelled like mildew!!! Horrible and would never recommend!!!!!

The staff. Cleanliness, The guy that checked us in. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was a little stiff for comfort. We were so exhausted that we would have slept on a bed of nail and slept soundly.

Ok but taxes on hotel bill are too high!

Closeness to Lake Texoma in Oklahoma and

Cons:

Hard to drive up to because local road access was tricky being next to Hwy75 and the beds were way too soft. The pet fee & taxes for my pet dog to stay were too!

Amazing
Pros:

Everything was great my only complaint is the location, not exactly the location but there are no signs or any guidance to location. If you've never been here and are driving at night with no GPS it is difficult to find the right access road. Other than that this place is excellent

Quick trip
Pros:

The hotel was located in a good location around restaurants and shopping centers, so it worked really well for my stay. The rooms were clean and smelled good. Not a noisy location. Breakfast was really good!

Cons:

Wish the pool had been open already being that the weather was warm and the pool looked like it had already been made ready.
