Nice hotel

Friendly staff, clean place not a lot of food choices near by but that is not their fault.

The food is not of good quality, but it is a good option in terms of price and quality.

When we arrived, check in was good. No issues, but when we got to the room, it had a very strong odor of urine. I went into the restroom and there was feces on the toilet seat. I told the clerk and she cleaned it right away. The room was ok to just sleep in for one night.

I booked this reservation with a Expedia agent. And then I got to the property went to check in and asked them about the use of the pool. Well I was informed that it was down apparently needing repairs. And I had just come from motel 6 where their pool was being renovated. So it was really hot I had been traveling back from California and to find out that both places during the summer didn’t have a pool for me to cool off in was so frustrating. At that point I was very mad. Checked in because I was tired, hot, and pretty upset and did not want to keep looking for another place to stay with a pool. And so I feel as good customer service to me I should at least get a discount or one free night at my next booking say in Rock Port Texas? I feel that would be very courteous to help make up for my Lousy experience at the Quality Inn. The pool situation was a great big disappointment. Please respond to my request? Thank You Susie Vivas

You get what you pay for. I didn’t expect a lot but it wasn’t just uncomfortable hot for guest but also staff in lobby for breakfast. Nothing to drink but coffee and hot water.

Love this place , clean and quiet

Convenient and good price

It’s okay for the price. No elevator to second floor all King Bed rooms on second floor.

Basic facilities but good value for money. Would stay again

It is good value, and staff were nice. However, it needs remodeling to compete. Required: add safety bar for the bath tub. Options to improve: fix rust of bathtub, fix and resurface parking lot , larger TV monitor, include oat meal for breakfast. The hotel has potential but need to invest in improvement for me to consider returning.

Easy access to the highway

We wanted a handicapped room, The only one they had
was a single bed. Why would they have one bed for two guests who are handicapped?

The hot option for breakfast is basically just the waffles. No sausage/eggs, no toast/bagels, the beverage dispenser serves water only, there’s only a jar of artificial orange beverage besides coffee. I would absolutely avoid this place if I knew the breakfast will be like this.

Needs maintenance in the bathrooms

It's just average but it's good for overnight dropping.
