Pros:

The room was clean, plenty of parking, beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Night time staff was rude and seemed irritated when she was asked any questions. Went outside at one point at night and she looked mad and inconvenienced that someone was awake at that hour. Half of the outlets in the room did not work, the other half were so loose things didnt stay plugged in well.

Clean but needs TLC and updates. You get what you pay for but location is great.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located close to Dickies arena. It was clean and water pressure/ temperature were great. Free breakfast as well.

Cons:

The property definitely needs some TLC. It looks a bit shabby on the outside. Lots of walkers in the area that aren’t staying in the hotel. In our room, the couch was peeling. Our bed sunk in the middle a lot. Planes fly overhead loudly.

Do hotelu dotarliśmy bardzo późno po całodziennym zwiedzaniu i długiej trasie.
Dostaliśmy klucze i udaliśmy się do pokoju - zmęczeni, z ogromnymi walizkami i plecakami, torbami.
Wchodzimy do pokoju a tam na samym wejściu widzimy łóżko z brudną pościelą, porozrzucaną jak po jakiejś walce.
Na podłodze i szafkach puszki po piwach, opakowania po jedzeniu, chipsach - wszędzie.
Otwieramy łazienkę a tam KREW na podłodze, na ręcznikach...
Wybiegliśmy z rzeczami z pokoju w pospiechu
Wściekli i przerażeni zeszliśmy na dół do recepcji.
Opowiedzieliśmy co nas zastało na górze parze Hindusów obsługujących nas w recepcji - na co pan nawet nie zwrócił na nas uwagi a Pani powiedziała ok - i dała nowe karty do innego pokoju!

Jakby to było coś normalnego dla nich! Zero zainteresowania, zero jakiś przeprosin.

Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. A true hot breakfast with oatmeal egg and cheese omelettes, yogurt,waffles, sausage, toast etc

It was a nice area

Cons:

It was very frustrating because the staff did not care, they wouldn’t even ask a question when I was standing right in front of the and they would just wave me away? We were there for 4 days and only say them 1 time to clean, and all they did was make our bed and then when we came back after they were done it smelt like weed in the bathroom. Anyway, the staff made it the worse experience honestly. You would walk in and nobody would be there or they are blaring there videos super loud.

Pros:

Location, comfortable bed, breakfast.

Cons:

Arrived Sunday, given wrong password for internet. Took 4 visits to front desk to discover it changed on Friday and that was only for the TV. Given an 800# to connect my laptop. TV service was awful. Kept going out. When I checked out today, had to wait for guy to reappear, then he wasn't happy when I requested a receipt. Never asked how my stay was. Will not use this hotel again.
