Hello. Me and my Beautiful Wife had a blast during here Birthday Celebration. This was our first time being at this hotel and we both were very pleased with all Embassy Suites offered to us. We will be there again. Thank you all.
The only downfall that my beautiful wife and I have during her birthday weekend was the elevators were not all operable. The first day there were 2 elevators were going out of four. Then, on Sunday, only 1 elevator was working for all the guests from coming or going.
Good location for our vacation plans.
Elevators were not working, only two were available on a busy stay. They had a reunion they were hosting, so wait time was long. House keeping took some clothes from our room, when reported no one knew anything and they pretty much brushed us off. Front Desk was no help, kept saying they were asking whoever cleaned our room and of course we never got a response from no one. Asked if anything would be done to make it right and all they said was they would call me once they found the person who cleaned my room. Well checked out and made it back home 5hrs later and still have not heard anything. It’s a shame because I really like this hotel. Guess we will just have to rethink staying there in the future.
The breakfast was delicious! I would like to suggest a bigger area and more chefs to prepare food in order to make wait times smaller for the cooked to order area. Rearrange the beverage stations so that guests aren't constantly getting in the way of the cooked to order line.
The AC was very inadequate, even with the temp down to 62 degrees, the only cool place was right in front of the main vent.
The elevator malfunction was an unfortunate inconvenience. The shower had poor water pressure and tub faucet was loose. The tub needs something to prevent slips as it was very slippery! We had people slamming their door and yelling half the night on one side of us and someone very obviously smoking marijuana (the smell was unmistakable!) on the other side of us. I did try to contact guest services but was never able to get through to anyone.
great location!
we paid for parking but when we went to park there was absolutely no spots available. when we told the front desk they were not helping at all and didn’t even try to problem solve the issue
Nothing, I actually love embassy suites and always stay at one of your hotels. But this was the absolute worst location and we had a terrible time from the second we got thefe
Our AC was out, 2 elevators were out, our room flooded, they moved us to a second room- where the AC was also out, didn’t help us move our bags or anything. We weren’t going to leave, cause it’s was 10:30 at night and we have small children, so we just had to stay in a hot room.
I liked the floor I was on and the room. I was close to the elevators and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was niice too. The location was close to food areas and other places to shop.
It's a big place but parking was rough trying to find a spot everything was already taken. 2 of 4 elevators were working but wasn't too bad of a wait.
Breakfast
The elevators didn’t work had to wait to get to and from
My room
Did not eat breakfast, I had to depart early
It was a great location and very welcoming.
I wish there had been an outdoor pool as well.
The room was very nice and spacious!!!
The staff were really un professional and made no effort to be cordial. That makes everything look bad
