I paid $255 for room and they charged another $20 to park and that's ridiculous.. I had to go down to first floor for ice and I was on the 7th. I was supposed to check in it 4, when I arrived at the property, the room was not ready till 5. lobby was under construction, which made it hard to get in and out.

How convenient it was to all stores and my daughters dance venue
Ac did not work the first night I told them about it they said they were sending someone. Nobody showed up. Saturday I woke up sweating and called the front and about 12 noon they can to try and fix the air. The handle on the tub also fell on me while on the bath . There was mold all inside the unit

I booked three rooms for my colleagues - including the 2 BR Penthouse Suite - and I was told the rooms were disgusting. Dirty, smelly, absolutely gross. They even sent me pictures and I can see stains, food (a Cheeto), dirt everywhere. The staff was preoccupied with a conference going on. Unacceptable. Plus the rate was much higher during their stay - but even if the hotel was 1/3 less money, it should have been clean. The photos on the website are a complete fabrication of the reality.

The system went down. We had didn't get in out room until after 10 pm. We went upstairs 3x before we actually got a room that didn't have anyone in there. But the staff was still amazing throughout the madness. I'll definitely stay again
