Cons:

when we checked in, we asked for an extended checkout upto 3 PM ( because we checked in late on the previous day due to various reasons) and the representative who worked with us said he has already updated the same ( check out at 3 pm) in the system. Next day, I was asked to check out by 1 PM which I felt is not fair.
The person who was in the afternoon shift mentioned about this and he said that the check out time was 1 not 3 PM. and this was not updated in the system.

Would not wish to stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was not part of my room...did not opt it ...what I bought down was not great

Cons:

Lighting in room..lights were not working ....room phone was not working had to change room to get a working phone... One day additional amount is blocked and it's 2 days it's not reversed ..

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. Clean and well maintained property. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Will stay here again.

The room had a severe lack of lighting. In fact it was awful. Also, this is the first hotel room I have ever been in that did not provide Kleenex.
