Pros:

Was clean, staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bathroom fart fan was literally hanging from the ceiling, flooring was improperly installed and needs shoe molding to hide the gaps at baseboards, paint drops all over the floor, shower head was loose, caulking was also smeared all over shower head, tub needs serious attention as it has been cracked and repaired several times, I killed 3 cockroaches during my stay, main door wouldn't shut without slamming it. All in all very piss poor maintenance is performed on and in these units. This building will be a complete money pit in less than 2yrs with all the sloppy maintenance being done. As someone who renovates single and multi family properties I would fire my guys if they did this level of work.

Even though I didn't have my pet with me on this trip, I'm glad to know this hotel is pet friendly.

Cons:

The man at the desk when I first arrived didn't seem very friendly. He didn't smile and seemed completely disinterested in being there.

Pros:

Check in was easy and this is the Perfect location next to everything!! Nice clean room with hot water and the AC worked well. Great prices too for a 2 night stay! Would definitely return again! Staff was friendly and nice as well!

Clean, cheap, noisy for sleep and shower

I wouldn’t say this is average but it’s not poor either.

We picked this motel needing a place to sleep over during a road trip. For some reason the basic hotel chains in hill country either averaged $250-300 per night or were sold out in a span of 100 or so miles…so we found this deal for $80.

The room was clean & basic which is what we wanted. However, it’s right off the interstate so that noise permeated the room, & the rooms are entered from outside so there is the parking lot noise along with the noise from people coming and going all night long. The 2:30 am crowd got back from their night out all rowdy and stomping, laughing, and yelling outside our room. These things are not the “fault” of the motel but is something to be aware of. A peaceful sleep was definitely not achieved.

Reviews praise the complimentary breakfast but after waiting in a line to make a waffle we decided to just leave and get something on the road. It’s basic “make your own” waffle, cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs, and sausages.
