Wingate by Wyndham - Round Rock

Hotel stay was ok. Maintenance of the property was lacking. Fridge in one room didn't work. Phone and security latch was broken in another room. Property needs to be updated.

Great place to stay. Looking forward to my next trip to Austin Texas and will make this my hotel!!

Room was no clean. Staff was not friendly at check in. Very out of date not like photos.

The mattress/room smelled like urine. I had to put all the towels down on the mattress and sleep on top to feel clean

The stay wouldnt have been horroble if it wasn't for one incredibly rude staff member. Unfortunately he was the one at the front desk when we checked in and that set the tone for our stay. We simply wanted to check in for our room and it was as if we wete the biggest interruption to his day ever. If someone hates there job I shouldn't be able to tell in the first 30 seconds I interact with you. No welcome at all and very few words that were intelligible. Just someone that seemed to be a miserable human being and that's being kind.

Very horrible the Stuart was nice only talked to 1 guy. Other than that room smelled like rotting wood, walls had holes and smear stains, bathroom shower looked like it was falling apart there rust stains in every corner with dead cockroaches under sink, bed had blood stain pillows had brown stains all over them, ended up trying to sleep and found a huge cockroach crawling on me next to my wife. Got sent to a new room cause they couldn’t refund me and ended up finding more roaches by the A/C unit.

The Wingate by Wyndham- Round Rock was a clean and quiet. The location was central to Round Rock and it was easy to get anywhere in town.

Beds were not cleaned for whole 5 days

Our stay was great comfort and clean. We were assigned a handicap room. The only problem we had was water pressure in the shower. Great location easy access to main roads.

Fantastic employees

I travel a lot for work and stay in numerous hotels. I have a lot of equipment and luggage to carry in because I can’t leave it in the vehicle. I always make my reservations online well in advance and I always request a ground floor room and a luggage cart. The clerk, who was very cold and unprofessional, did not honor my room request and the carts are so tiny, I had to make three trips. I work cases in the Austin area frequently but I won’t be back to this hotel.

Room smelled moldy

Outstanding hotel very helpful staff. The hotel was fantastic, rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Continental breakfast was very good and delicious. Price for the hotel was very well worth every dollar. I will definitely be booking at this location in the near future.
