Everything is decent but the location is fantastic
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Lots of food and proximity to shopping is very good.

Cons:

Definitely needs renovation. AC in our room was very loud and filters were broken. Everything worked fine but you can tell the carpets are really old and some baseboards were missing. Pillows are really lumpy as well.

Good price, okay facility
Pros:

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were Multiple large yellow jackets nest along the wall by the pool. Really easy to hear people on the floor above you, every step or movement.

Location was convenient.

Cons:

The room had a musty/moldy smell and the floors were sticky. The hallway left my kids feet black after walking back from the pool. Outer glass on our room was shattered. Parking was ok if you could find a spot that someone wasn't using two spots for one car.
