I asked the guy at the front desk for extra towels and he said he would bring them up to me and never did. he said he didn’t have time at the moment and short staffed.

Don’t expect a refund if you leave due to noise level.
Cons:

Noise level was unbearable. It was 11pm and people had a loud speaker on! Called front desk twice. They did knock on the people’s door, but regardless, the loud talk and shouting continued. So we gave up, booked another hotel, and left.
