Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. It was in a couple of minutes from where we were scheduled to be for the graduation we were attending. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

There seems to be a slight problem with the elevator. Once you get to the third floor going up or coming down there seems to be a clock or something. ( the maintenance needs to check into it) Also, we saw only one roach. They need to start before this situation gets out of control.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming - it truly felt like a breath of fresh air. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. They even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakast and housekeeping crew, who did an incredible job. The hotel's location was also perfect, with convenient access to downtown, the event center, and the highway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and location.

We ended up checking out earlier and did not stay overnight.
Pros:

They supplied ample towels and toiletries.

Cons:

The condition was not what I was expecting from a Best Western Plus. It was smelly and damp when we entered the room. Even after turning the AC down the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The beds were not comfortable and seemed old. The mattress did not fit properly on the pedestals.

Good location
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. We will most likely choose this location instead of the Medical Center when we visit our 31 y/old disabled son.

Front desk night staff is rude and had to be hunted down to check in.
Shower was not very clean
Outlets and lights were out and needing repairs
