The staff was super friendly
Pros:

Facility was very easy to get to

Cons:

It was very very loud. The elevator sounded like they were about to explode and I wish they would switch the breakfast up a little bit. The beds were very stiff.

Pros:

The staff was AMAZING!!! The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and personable. I will come again just because of the staff alone. The kitchen staff came around during breakfast to make sure people didn't need anything and to get to know us better. The parking was well lit and extremely safe. Best parking experience I've had a hotel so far. I will definitely stay there every time I am in San Antonio!

Cons:

The first night my bedding smelt like smoke but they fixed it right away.

I witnessed a disgruntled customer approach Sabrina at the front desk. She stayed calm and found a solution for the customer and was able to provide customer service and diffuse the situation while still following the hotel’s policy. Great job by Sabrina

It was great!
Pros:

ALL of the staff particularly your general manager Victoria were so kind, friendly and accommodating. We will have to come back later this year and we will be staying here again. Your whole staff made a difficult family situation a little bit better.
