Spacious rooms but far from Austin airport
Pros:

Neat clean spacious king room
Ok only for breakfast because all days were almost same food

Cons:

Location is okay because when exiting I-35 on south then taking U turn, property falls on the immediate right so be careful with traffic.
Almost 30+ miles from Austin airport.
Some restaurants around, close at 9 pm on Saturday!😱

Having a pleasant stay at this location is not guaranteed as their signs suggest

Staff was nice but unfulfilled their “guarantee”

Cons:

We had 3 barking dogs across the room from ours 3 of 5 nights that we were supposed to stay. They barked in access of multiple hours without stopping when their owners left them alone in the room. Nothing was done to make this stop. We were asked if we wanted to move rooms however, we shouldn’t be the ones inconvenienced to pack up our belongings to relocate. We checked out a day early as the dogs were still barking. We were given a 60.00 credit for our entire ruined stay. There are signs throughout this hotel that having a pleasant stay is “guaranteed” however that’s not the case at this location. After sleeping with earplugs for 3 nights straight, we decided to leave early.

It was a good location near the San Marcos River! The breakfast was decent

Cons:

The hallways are hot! When we got to our room it was hot and took a whole day to cool down and then it never really stayed cold in the room we had to use our fan! There were spiders and cobwebs that look like they had been there for months!! I told the staff about the spiders and cobwebs and if they could get it cleaned for us well they didn’t have anyone there to clean at night so I slept in the room with spiders and cobwebs the next day they didn’t come half way clean the cobwebs but they left the spiders there was one by the door to get in the room and one in the bathroom. Randomly during the day the fire alarm would go of it seemed like just in our room? The room was very outdated for the price we paid!! Definitely won’t be going back sadly!
