My stay was the worst I have ever experienced
Pros:

Out of 14 day booking I only stayed 10 nights and was contemplating leaving 3 days before that but with limited funds I had to stay until I could find other accommodation elsewhere.It was more of a low rent apartment feeling and people fighting in other rooms or out on the balcony which made my life feel threatened. The final straw was when I found bedbugs. I asked for a 4 day refund and a receipt and was rejected on both. Do now I’m having a hard time getting a partial refund because I cagey a receipt from the property.

I don’t sleep in rooms with roaches!
Pros:

It was in town near everything.

Cons:

Everything! Garbages outside were overflowing. People were hovering at 1 am around my vehicle smoking weed. People were outside at all hours seemed sketchy. Kept hearing loud noises upstairs. Pool looks bigger than it is. Floors were dirty. ROACHES! I saw roaches, in my room, at least 5 in different spots. First one was when I opened the freezer, fell right out onto the floor and started crawling! The one on top of the dresser ran too quickly. The one on the chair under the desk fell off and ran under the bed. I shook out all of my stuff, packed and left. I’ll take my chances sleeping in my car.

Could have been way better!
Pros:

The pool, clean room, easy check in and check out, and the location was decent.

Cons:

I should’ve been moved to a smoking room and my tv never worked and they did not fix it during my stay. They also made me pay for the extra night even though I couldn’t watch tv or smoke in my room and had to exit the pool before 10PM

If your in a pinch this is a good spot but not my first choice
Pros:

Close to food spots

Cons:

Clearly lots of drug use, it’s unsafe to leave at night and not a good place for kids not to mention there was fighting and yelling every night

Cons:

Only stayed one night. They refused to refund the other 2 nights I didn’t stay. Place does not feel safe with all the fighting outside my door being cat called and followed and the bottom of my door had giant gap. Slept dressed and with my taser that one and only night I stayed there.
