Pros:

Location was close to our destinatuon

Cons:

Room was filthy and roach infested. Shower had a huge patch from a hole in it. Will not stay here again

Totally disgusting.
Pros:

It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The room was infested with cockroaches. The mattress sagged in the middle. No one answers the phone when you call them. I got absolutely no sleep , especially after I saw a cockroach in the bed.
The place should be condemned.

Nothing at all. Place was full of roaches soon as went into hotel room roaches was everywhere didn't end up stayin there tried to get money back cause we left after telling the front desk and they said it was non refundable and had to pay an extra 20$ for early check in. Very terrible place and very nasty.

It wasn’t clean, had poop smeared on the wall dried up puke on the floor and roaches through the room

Cons:

I asked for my money to be refunded the girl told me she could not but her manager could and he was gone I still haven’t received my refund and I’m taking further action against this hotel

My name is Danilo Viana, and I am currently staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Ashland (806 England St, Ashland, VA).

I am writing to formally document a serious concern regarding a bed bug issue identified in room 2019 during my stay. After reporting the problem, I was relocated to room 2012. However, the initial discovery raises concerns about the overall pest control and sanitation standards of the property.

I would also like to inform you that I am currently staying at the property from May 21, 2026 through May 26, 2026. I hope this situation can be properly addressed during my stay and that I will have positive updates to share.

At this stage, I am requesting confirmation that the hotel management is taking immediate corrective action, including professional pest control treatment and a full inspection of the property.

I would sleep outside on the ground before I would ever step foot inside this place again!!

It was dirty, and the WiFi and tv kept loading and wouldn’t let me watch the tv, the staff was so so so nice just not ve

Cons:

It was a very nice staff member, but the girl was super nasty, towels were soaked from the room leaking water, there was dead roaches and live roaches, it was very nasty and just not cleaned at all. It’s due to having short staff I understand that as well.

Great mattress and pillows, everything very clean, helpful woman at check-in

Confusion over which room we were in, but resolved with a smile. The outside isn't much to look at, but our room was comfortable.

Worst hotel condition I’ve ever stayed in! Broken bathroom light, fan, faucet. Filthy tub. Broken floor in bedroom. Completely worn out mattress.
