Disappointing
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room, but no hot water. Contacted the front desk on different occasions over 3 days. Each time the hot water was turned on, but not in time to travel or go out. Contacted the management by email, and basically got lip service. Overall not impressed.

Pros:

The room was very clean and they were so kind at check in welcoming us and our pets. The breakfast actually seemed updated from last year as well.
