Only here for one night, but was very nice. I enjoyed it and I also enjoyed walking out to see the river behind the hote

Will try my best not to choose Holiday Inn Express and will alert my traveling buddies to do same.
Pros:

The location was close to where our even was. There were snacks for sale.

Cons:

ALOT - Paid for a king bed, got two queens. Check in never asked or confirmed what type room I paid for. Had to get to event so had to leave immediately. Returned at 12:30 am - too late to complain to switch rooms. Having handicap license plates but no place to park. When returning back to room in am, trying to locate a place to park we see a vehicle in handicap space but NO handicap plate or placard nothing to indicate a handicap vehicle. Just case space is empty doesn't mean that a handicap person won't be coming. Again 12:30 am - did not want someone to move their vehicle plus I didn't want to have to walk back out. I have expressed my concerns with a rep from Holiday Inn hoping for a small possible credit but there has just been explanation after explanation and no remediation/credit of any kind mention.
