Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. I’d missed the first night booked due to a missed flight connection. Felicia and Alvin went out of their way to find me a comfortable room when they were nearly completely booked. They were awesome!
There is a complete hit breakfast, and the staff member there was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

I struggled with the electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Hotels.com is horrific
Pros:

Booked through hotels.com, which is a pure scam. No one at hotels.com to speak to. Informed the “chat” representative that my plane was cancelled but the chat it is a pure scam, attached to nothing. So my booking had cancelled and I had to pay twice. Still no one to hold accountable. They will be put out of business by AI and it can’t come soon enough. No hotel should allow customers to be put through the hotels.com nightmare.

Perfect model for a great hotel!
Pros:

Very nice, comfortable rooms. Very tidy and clean. Welcoming and nice breakfast and staff.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything except wish it were closer to beach … or any exactly like any other place I need to stay!

It was the best accommodations I’ve had in years!

Great value, conveniently located
Pros:

Reasonably priced hotel, located at the far end of a shopping area -- grocery store, Starbucks, gas station, fast food all in the same shopping center, just off of I-64.

Rooms were a good size and clean. Breakfast was standard. Indoor pool, which while not really heated, was warm enough for the kids to play in even in January. Speaking of which, free coffee available virtually around the clock was much appreciated.

Hotel is located right off of I-64, convenient access for Williamsburg / Newport News / Hampton. Great value, would stay here again.

May stay was Awesome again Felicia and Alvin are wonderful 💯
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the smell of cleanliness was fresh and nice. Just so peaceful 😀 Will Visit Again.. It's in a very beautiful location.

Cons:

The water use to make the juice taste terrible,as if there is no filter at all. And I think they should pull their boiled eggs. Last they supply more than one towel and one wash rag.

For the most part, everything was good. We were only there for a short time.

The toilet in our room was very low, felt like it was made for really short people and when you flushed it, it made the sound of a toilet when you’re flushing on an airplane
