I have been requesting a refund for WEEKS! The room was dirty when I arrived, beds were not made, the linens had cigarette holes in them and pee stains and trash was in the room. A group of men were outside the room smoking and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving to switch rooms so I tried calling the lobby but the phones did not work at all. Packed my stuff and went to front desk and they put me and my mom in a room upstairs. The beds were at least made but it still was not clean. At this point, it’s after midnight and we’re exhausted and scared to leave the room again (and the phone was disconnected upstairs too). After the stay, I tried calling for a refund and if I called before 1pm, they would tell me to call after 1pm to talk to the manager. When I called after 1pm, they said the manager leaves at 1pm. Finally, I got someone after 1pm to tell me that the manager was in before 1pm and was lying to me on the phone and just didn’t want to refund my stay. Tried calling Booking.com instead but they said they would credit me with points when I wanted a refund and directed me to call back the hotel. Literally do not know who else to call this expirence has been so horrible that it’s almost funny.
The manager was nice.
Dead roach in the bathroom, door bled heat outside very badly, tv signal dropped often, hot water barely worked and very low pressure, room keys lost their coding every single night and had to be rekeyed.
Nice sized room, staff was pleasant, was able to get a room on the bottom floor so we didn't have to climb steps
Room was way too dark with very little lighting, dirty in lots of places including trash left from previous person. Hair dryer was covered in dust so thick it had to be cleaned before it could be used. Heat/ac unit had pieces partially broken off just hanging with sharp edges that presented a danger, not to mention the horrible marijuana smell that was prominent our entire stay. We requested clean towels and washcloths and were told that housekeeping was not there and there were no clean washcloths available. The people in the room beside us blasted music until the middle of the night.
BED BUGS!!! Mgr not too apologetic but refunded our money. Drunks outside of our doors. Homeless people asking for money

Very bad hotel—dirty, old room, uncomfortable bed, noisy. It’s not smoke-free because many people smoke inside and outside the rooms; there are lots of people sitting outside the rooms with alcoholic drinks and cigarettes, talking loudly late into the night... Definitely a terrible choice. The only positive point was the very polite and helpful staff member. In short, it’s not worth the money, especially if you plan to come with your family. I don’t recommend it!

it is just right where I need to be… easy to travel
it was clean, pillows was dirty, blankets had holes in them, wash clothes and towels was dirty… bathroom is rusted… we had to go out to buy our own stuff
