We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not being properly maintained.

The hallway carpet was extremely dirty and appeared as though it had not been thoroughly cleaned or replaced in many years. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was no better. When we entered, there was still trash in both trash cans, which immediately made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival.

The bathroom floor was dirty, with visible dirt and debris underneath the sink. The carpet in the room also appeared not to have been vacuumed. In addition, the area around the ice machine was dirty and wet, adding to our concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property.

The entire experience made us very uncomfortable. Under normal circumstances, we would have left and stayed elsewhere. The only reason we remained was because we did not want to incur a late-cancellation penalty and have to pay for another hotel.

Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell well below an acceptable standard. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Shower okay. said newly renovated , But walls were all patched up. Walls in bath the paint was loose no place to hang towels. carpet okay. Breakfast low side of fair. Cost of $200 plus per night seemed overly high for what we get.

In a handy place everything you need is close.

The price was reasonable but only if you are willing to stay in a dirty and loud (all hours of the night) hotel. The refund from the owner was denied even though we checked out after learning how dirty the bathroom was and the noise level from the parties in the hotel playing music was so loud. The bathroom tub was black around the perimeter and the surfaces were old and deteriorating catching who knows what germs over time. The hallways were filthy all the way to the room. When I tried to go to bed at first when getting into the room as it was very late when I got to town (I just drove 3 hours to attend my son's college graduation the next day), there was then loud booming music playing. I could not sleep, so I went to the bathroom but discovered how filthy it was. This hotel was in the middle of nowhere so my 12 year old son and I had to sleep in our car at the nearby gas station and of course change clothes in it to get ready for his brother's graduation.

Hallway rugs were filthy definitely needed a wash or to be replaced. Carpet in room felt damp and the shower was a little dirty. Definitely need more towels in the room. Especially for a double queen room. Also side entrance door does not lock which means anyone can just walk in the hotel at anytime without a key.

The PTAC unit was absolutely filthy!!! The main common areas were okay but the stairwells were so dirty! For the price they need to do so much better.
