The location off 81. The room was clean.
We have stayed here in the past. It was very nice in the past. Currently VERY outdated and lack of maintaining the property. The room doors are horrible looking. The coffee machine in our room did not work properly nor did their big high tech machines in the dining room. The breakfast is horrible. The items are not stocked. The morning we left they were still having issues with them. Apon checking out I was given a receipt showing payment due when I was paid in full the week prior so I asked for a new receipt which I was given. The new receipt showed it charged me again for the same room and then credited back. Makes no sense.
Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was good.
The only negative was that the heat has been turned on in our room(90* outside) but that was easily fixed and by the time we returned from dinner; it was cool!
Location good... breakfast adequate... fairly quiet.
Blinds on windows did not work, shower head continued to slip up and down rod, front desk girl didn't know where I-81 was when I called to check location even though you could see it from the lobby windows of the hotel (discovered after I arrived). Asked to be away from pets and kids... ended up located near both.
