Quality Inn Thornburg

DO NOT!!!! Stay at this location. I had booked this hotel prior to checking the reviews. We arrived at the location and the individual at the front desk was too busy talking on his cell phone to even realize I was standing there. Once checked in, we went to the room and was immediately disgusted. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelt absolutely disgusting like cigarettes. As we looked through the room, mold was found in the bathroom all over. The carpets were very disgusting. The icing on the cake was when we started looking closer to the floors and found bugs all over!! Both dead and alive. We immediately left and went to another hotel.

Possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever checked into. Booked another hotel and left, even though a refund was not given.

My room was very humid and the shower had mold in it. Otherwise the room was very clean and the service was good.

Didn’t like it at all!!!

Found mold around the bathtub and mgmt tried to seal the cracks to the tub but did extremely poor job as it shows cracks all over.
Paint patches near bath sink and lights didn’t work.
Roaches all over and burn marks on the floor carpet and stains on bed sheets and list could on and on…

The lobby is beautiful as with the grounds. Had a very pretty pond that wasn't running but nice.
ALL night we had to deal with people going in and out of cars! Very noisy night! At one point it sounded like someone was breaking into a car.
There were stains all over the rug, plus I killed not 1 BUT 2 roaches!!
The flies in the room were horrible they kept bothering us all night. The lamp you could tell hasn't been cleaned probably since they opened.
The bed was very hard woke up with my back hurting and that's NEVER happened.
The ac was cold but the fan didn't work on it. It was cold though so no problem there

The property was ok. Not the best for sure and outdated. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

It was ok, but very good and on despite need of an update.

The room was disgusting and the front desk guy told me that if my room was nasty he could put me in another nastier room. He was very rude and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY UNLESS YOU'RE BROKE AND LIKE DIRTY MESSES.

Would NOT recommend. Did not stay. Felt like I would leave with fleas
