Very convenient
Pros:

They allow dogs, conformable bed, helpful staff, close to interstate.

Cons:

Bathtub drain was moldy and rusty and there was a cleaning rag or towel on the shower curtain rod. I told front desk and they gave me extra points on my Best Western account.

I'd stay again because it is close to family.

Breakfast was excellent for that type of venue. Parking was easy and convenient, although the hotel was not crowded.

Cons:

Slight negative was the bathroom counter space. Everything else was fine.

Pros:

the breakfast is very good, and its right off of exit 7 of 91 north or south, i used to live in springfield so i enjoy the town

Cons:

i could not figure out how to use the shower so i just took a bath , it didnt slow me down

An average hotel. But make no mistake - its very clean and the perfect location and value for ski week in Vermont, solid breakfast, lots of parking, big rooms (lots of clothes and ski bags to bring in)
The staff is attentive, quick, and on top of everything in that busy lobby. They are alsk welcoming and appreciative of your stay. I'm proud of them fornwinningn 2025 Best Western Servive Award. This was our 6th year staying at the hotel.
