With the recent opening of the light rail line just a short walk from us, I'd like to highlight the easy access to Seattle downtown. I have also refined the current description:

Pros:

I thought it was a great place to stay 1 night. It was clean the staff was friendly. It had all of the things we were looking for it was in a great location. Walkable to restaurants would definitely stay again.

Very wonderful experience
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, liked having hot food items as well; eggs, etc. Liked being right off of the freeway, beautiful views. Plenty of parking.

Never will return
Cons:

I booked online and arrived at the hotel. We had been driving for a few hours and just needed some rest before departing again in the morning
When I arrived the attendant said “we need a credit card for incidentals” I explained I didn’t have one which is why I booked online.
She said I could use debit so I tried to use my debit but their machine didn’t accept my card.

With no other options, I left. The attendant told me to contact Booking.com for a refund.

Booking.Com said I needed to ask the property for a refund. So I contacted the property and explained that booking.com asked me to contact them for a refund.

Silence

A few days later I still had not heard from the property and sent another message to the property asking for an update.

They told me they would not be refunding me and to take it up with booking.com

In the same message after all of the communication and telling me they won’t be refunding me, they brought up the fact that while my son was standing on the second floor, he leaned on the stair railing and the entire post that was attached to the wall came off. My son is 8 he is not strong enough to cause a railing post to detach from a wall. At this point I ceased communication with the property. I had never not once brought up this safety concern in all of my communication and neither did the property till after they said “we won’t be refunding you take it up with booking.com

So I am out $187 and my son nearly fell off a second story due to a faulty railing.
