Nice place
Pros:

Checking in was a breeze and scheduling transportation from the hotel to the cruise line was easy as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. The food in the Bistro was very good.

Cons:

There was no courtesy shuttle from this hotel at all. We noticed other hotels had them. this would, could and shall determine if we stay here again.

Proximity to downtown and my destination

Cons:

The machine to make the room cards was down so I had to be let in my room and if I left the room I had to go down to the front desk for someone to go up and unlock my door

Great stay
Pros:

Standard courtyard rooms, well-maintained and some with beautiful views of Lake Union. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large gym.

the hotel is acceptable, but don't expect an outstanding experience
Pros:

the hotel was acceptable-- comfortable bed, but nothing special about the room itself

Cons:

Mainly the price. Although I understand our stay was during a holiday weekend and the World Cup was scheduled the day we checked out, but $600/night for a 3 star hotel is hard to bear

Great hotel and location. Good size rooms and showers.
Pros:

Room ready on arrival. Great size rooms and bathrooms. Great AC. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with a good menu for both food and drink.

Very close to Kenmore Air for anyone taking a sea plane. It’s over the road.
