A/C made a loud noise intermittently through the night
Hot tub heater didn't work the second time we used it and staff did not know how to remedy it. Other guests told me they had the same problem in the past

We always look forward to spending some time at the pool with and spa tub. The spa was barely warm. Not what we expected. It has happened before at this hotel. Will look for a new location next time in the area.

Breakfast was the standard fare that you get from a hotel like this. Serves a purpose but not very enticing
The staff is always so nice. Buffet breakfast of hot and cold items. Spacious rooms. Nice beds. Swimming pool. A great place for a reasonable rate.

Just spent night after brewers game, convent on/off, simple but good continental breakfast.(eggs, waffle, yogurt, fruit, cereal, multiple drinks)
Beds felt like air mattress, luggage carts should have been replaced 10 years ago they were almost falling apart. Guy at the counter was nice but sure seemed stressed. This place also takes a picture of ur driver's license and well as a full picture of ur credit card information. What I was told it's because we book it thru a third party which is ridiculous. Will never stay here again
They do not provide any meat with breakfast on the weekends. We noticed ants on the last day of our spray and got some ant spray to handle it. We mentioned it to the front desk. Other than that the stay was good!
