Best location for a mini vacation
Pros:

The establishment is always exceptionally clean, excellent customer service, staff is always very friendly and very helpful. No matter the issue. Great location for getting around downtown for vacation and or leisure, or whatever you might need.

Pros:

The room was newly remodeled and the view of the harbor was amazing.

Cons:

The bathroom could use some shelving and hooks to hang up clothes. The metal framing of the bed was noisy every time you get in and out of the bed. The breakfast did not look appetizing but the diner down the street was amazing.

Dirty floors, loss of sleep due to poor policies and decisions made by staff. Unpleasant stay.
Pros:

Hotel location is the main thing. The continental breakfast was alright too. Although certainly could be improved.

Cons:

The floor in my room was dirty. I stayed for a week and room service only came once until I was forced to go to the front desk and request room service. They allow dogs but the room next to me had a dog who was barking at very late hours, keeping me from sleeping. They did a farm alarm test very early in the morning instead of later in the day when no one would be sleeping. They allowed people to stay up late, partying, playing loud music in the room next to mine. My room key stopped working on multiple occasions, forcing me to walk all down 5 flights of stairs and all the way to the front desk each time. One of the people that worked the front desk was very unfriendly and borderline rude.

Stay was very pleasant minus the cleaning hiccup.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location is beautiful. Bed very comfortable

Cons:

Staffs detail to cleanliness. Opted to not have house keeping the first day but requested it be done the following no one showed up. Told the lobby around noon she forgot to have it done. Requested it again still a no show. So only had clean towels for the first day took care of our own garbage. Needless to say house keeping needs help.

We enjoyed our visit!
Pros:

The location. The staff were friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The drapes wouldn’t close all the way. The Kleenex was thicker than the thin toilet paper.
