Beds were comfy
Customer service was bad, room was not ready by check in at 3:00 -waited an extra 40 minutes, there was mold/mildew in the beer, severely outdated, chipping/peeling paint in room, door trim missing and door had to be slammed to close and lock. This place needs a rennovation and TLC for sure.
Very modern, comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious suite, satisfying breakfast, cordial staff and good location. We stayed for 3 days while visiting family.

Carpets were very dirty in the room, and in the elevator was gross.

Very out of date. Bathroom stank upon checkin.. not enough room to sit at breakfast. Breakfast hot food was terrible. Bed uncomfortable. No toiletries. Microwave was unusable. Everything was worn. Couldn't get sheets for pullout bed. This was sooooo over priced.

more meat and protein options in the breakfast would be great, there was no bacon left the last hour or so and the eggs and potatoes were very dry.
We’ve stayed at this property many times, it’s close to family when we visit, has clean rooms and good breakfast.
The pool this visit was horrible. The chemical was so strong when you walk into the pool eyes are immediately burning, we couldn’t swim or enjoy it. We were very disappointed because this has been a strength and the primary reason to spend lot to stay here rather than cheaper but also nice nearby hotels that don’t have what used to be a very wonderful pool
Don’t stay here. One of our top two worst hotel stays ever. Two small barking dogs for three hours in the room next to ours and hotel did nothing about it after numerous complaints. Woke up middle of the night by barking dogs also. Have been trying to reach the general manager for a week and he will not return calls. I also left an item at the hotel and called about it and cannot get someone to return a call to send it back to me. Although they are aware of it and it’s sitting at the front desk.
None of the hotel phones were working while we were there in the rooms either, and they were aware of it as has been going on for some time. Never again.
