Pros:

Booked easily online for someone else with ability to note special request. This was great. I did also call to ensure late check-in was honored without trouble. Very friendly and assuring. My guests were very happy with staff and facilities. Location was easy to find.

Pros:

Very clean throughout the property.
Coffee was pretty good with a selection of creamers to choose from. This, and iced water, were available 24/7.
Eggs were on the breakfast menu which can be boring; however, it was a very nice touch that salsa and shredded cheese were options.
Four pillows were available with 2 being soft and 2 being more firm but not hard.

Cons:

The bed was nice but just a little hard for my taste.

My stay was pleasant
Pros:

The location was great, there was plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel was clean , had a pleasant smell and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was great and had both hot and cold options.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.
