Pros:

Family visit in India turned out to be great at this hotel. big size pool, hot-tub and variety of options for breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall we loved it

Bet you didn’t think hotel managers black all customers this does.
Pros:

Manager blackballs customers for bad reviews. Chain has lost all ca professionalism and integrity. Done with this chain and childish behavior and unprofessional management.

Absolutely will stay there again

Conveniently located right off freeway
Very accommodating to my plight I was having when my other hotel fell through. Staff was very friendly

Average place, has made improvements
Pros:

There have been improvements here, fresh paint, better breakfast. It’s an older hotel along the freeway, unfortunately our bathroom was damp and musty, as it didn’t have a very good vent. Room needed a deep cleaning and smoking area is right in front of the main front door, so we got a car full of 2nd hand smoke when we loaded-up in the morning - yuck.

Better than it used to be, but the moldy-smelling bathroom was a bummer.

Great stay I have stayed there before and will in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I did not like the smell on marijuana in the hallway on Sunday evening. It gave us a headache. But I appreciated the on-shift manager checking in to it and taking care of it. That meant a lot to my family.
