Overall, a great stay and we will be back next time we visit the area!
Pros:

I love the cleanliness of the property, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the pool was warm and very clean. I really enjoyed the additional pool toys provided by the hotel. My kids were in heaven!

Cons:

The tile flooring in our room could've been cleaned a little better. It wasn't bad enough for me to really worry about, but it did feel dirty and a little sticky. The beds were like laying on trampolines, very bouncy.

It was very quite and comfortable. Our families enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

It is always wonderful to be able to get coffee anytime of the day. The breakfast was complimentary, I appreciate that. Location is close to stores, restaurant, and highway. Pool was heated and we enjoyed a quick dip.

Cons:

I stayed in the one bed suite. It would have been convenient to have a sink, dishware, and a stove burner in the kitchenette.

Staff is friendly. It was quite.

Cons:

Riom was not what was described in reservation. In description the room has a 2 person hot tub. There is not a hot tub in the building let alone in ant rooms.
