Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Torrington by IHG

Spent a night here. Wasn't sure what kind of night it would be with trains right across the highway but we were at the back of the hotel and didn't hear anything. The doors do slam kind of loud for those people who can't figure out how to close them nicely and we could hear some others showering but overall it was pretty quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Cinnamon rolls, two omelets, sausage, bacon, pancakes, muffins, cereal. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is easy to find. Would stay again if we come this way.

Great spot to stop on our way back to Denver from the Badlands/Mount Rushmore area. There isn't a ton to do but the hotel was clean and friendly. We had an opportunity to rest, recharge and do our laundry free of charge in a convenient location by the lobby. There was even a 'Manager's Reception' that evening, we didn't partake but was nice to know. Had dinner at a local Mexican spot and settled in for the NBA playoffs. Worked out in the little gym before we continued on-nice stop!

This hotel is definitely a place I would return to. The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, they have a laundry, nice breakfast, exercise room. Stayed 5 nights, felt safe. Felt like a home away from home.

This was the best...no one could ask for anything more...their breakfast was as good as a restaurant

The young lady with the tattoo on her brow was amazing. She was new to the job, but she worked hard to help us out. Housekeeper was very nice!

No towels in pool area. Ice machine broken. 2 out of 3 tvs wouldn’t work in room.

Great experience. Brand new hotel with renovation. Love the big breakfast, enjoyed pool and the hot tub. Rooms are beautiful, with new bedding etc. We were just passing through and needed the place to stay for the night, and i am glad we choose this. Strongly recommended.

The staff need learn how to use a vacuum in the hall. And when a security lock is broken how to replace. Or give us a different room.
The room was clean but lacking a fussed over feel. And again the vacuum in the room not good.

Okay hotel. Pricey for what you got

Ice machines were broke, overall it was ok

The icemakers were all in non-working condition. No ice available. The refrigerator in the room did not seem to be in working condition.

Great stay. Fern best stop was really nice and it was easy to check in rooms were comfortable and brand new. The early morning breakfast was the main highlight, it was bigger and better than variety. In addition to that the evening exception was spectacular. The wine and beer was complementary, which was amazing. Not many hotels do that.

Room was cool and clean - very inviting after a day of working in the sun. There were repairs underway when we checked in at 3:30, but was all quiet and cleaned up when we returned around 6:00pm. The overnight was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good! Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely friendly and patient.

This is one of the most updated properties we have stayed at and the breakfast was great, offering many choices. Check in was simple and fast as well.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing like a full mini buffet.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Overnight stay on a 15 night trip - best breakfast we’d had.

Just normal regular hotel

The staff was super friendly. Very comfortable and breakfast was great. Pool had no towels so had to go to the desk wet. But definitely stay there again.
