Cons:

They called me a liar and tried to charge me twice for the accommodation. The staff clearly don't know what they're doing or what they're supposed to be checking. It was a very disappointing experience dealing with them. The staff were unprofessional, treated me poorly, and insulted me for no reason. I felt disrespected throughout the entire experience.

Cons:

Que aparte de los $315 de la reservación por 4 días me cobraron $100 de garantía, mi salida era hoy a las 11am, no pude salir a esa hora porque me tocó trabajar y cuando llegué a las 2:30pm me tenían todas mis cosas en recepción en un carrito, aparte me faltó comida de la que tenía en la habitación
