Nothing at all.

Cons:

Arrived to the power being out at the hotel. Asked for local suggestions where we could rebook as we are from out of state. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive - will never book here again.

I stay at your Middleburg Hts facility from 03/14/2026 to 03/16/2026. At this time I am asking and actually demanding a partial refund, I booked your hotel as there was a power outage in my city, you only had this room and it was non refundable, I would like to tell you, that no one could have possibly cleaned that room, I did my own cleaning as there were no rooms available due to the power outage, and here is a list of things that were absolutely disgusting!!

I stay in Room 218, and there is NO denying the filth in that room:
Pubic hair all over in the tub
What looked like and smelled like feces rubbed on the wall, food wrappers on the floor behind dresser and still someone else TRASH in the cans and LAST BUT NOT LEAST DOG FECES under the bed, how disgusting to put a human in that room, I did not have to energy to move rooms, there were none, I have Lupus, and disabled, my husband and two kids, we were exhausted and I need the manager and company to refund me, if not all of it, we had to clean someone elses feces, private hairs, trash and I did NOT clean the dog crap, how can you let this happen, I need to be fully refunded, there was no where else for us to go, especially me being disabled!

I was disappointed because I expected so much more.
Pros:

The location was excellent but I wasn’t reminded about breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping cleaned once a week. We had to get our own supplies. It wasn’t enough coffee or tea & sugar. The coffee pot wasn’t cleaned properly. The bottom of the refrigerator didn’t get cold at all. There was no pad with paper. There was no Bible.

Cons:

The room was very dirty, we had to ask for maintenance to unclog the tub it wouldn't drain. We were told it was a non smoking facility but the bathroom smelled something horribly with cigarette smoke

Pros:

We went for a one night family trip to Ohio from Michigan. I was expecting for the hotel to be just okay. But to our surprise Mainstay was clean and most importantly smells clean. I recommend and will definitely booked it again if we comeback to the area. I recommend you brinf your own toiletries. I.did anticipate for it while i was booking for a $90/night stay. There's fridge, microwave and range. Bring your own hair dryer too.
