It was decent to have a city adventure.
The surrounding hotels had partying guests. I know this isn't avoidable but the walls and windows let a lot of noise through at night.
The city cat station right at the end of the road stops servicing at a certain time at night. We chose this location based on the city cat. We missed the last service by 10 minutes and had a very tired child having to walk a long distance late at night after 10pm. For these reasons, we wouldnt book here again.

Location absolutely outstanding - walking distance to town, easy to buses and citycats. Lovely area.
Location was perfect with easy access to buses and the ferry. Also the selection of local restaurants was a bonus.
Good value for money
Not keen on shower over bath.
Breakfast was not included. The location was excellent for proximity to the city. The staff on the front desk were really helpful and undercover parking for $10 per night was excellent value. The room fitout and inclusions met all our needs. It was great having a washing machine & drier as well as a larger than usual fridge. Having a good Chinese restaurant onsite was a bonus.
The room was a little dated (e.g. artwork & paint colour), bath fittings & showerhead could be upgraded. Carpet in public areas of Floor 3 wasn’t particularly clean - I didn’t go to any other floor/s except the lobby.
Convenient location and helpful staff.
Noise from the street. A lot of sirens from emergency vehicles going by through the night kept us awake.

Was in a disable room the shower didn’t work and water was everywhere in the bathroom.
Great location. Balcony overlooking the Brisbane River, Daily Cleaning, Attentive Staff, plenty of pans and cooking implements. Fast lifts
Bed was inner springs and sagging. Lounge chairs were much the same. No kitchen table or desk. Shower/bath controls. Balcony had no cover so dew laden in the morning and wet during the intermittent rain and basically unusable. Main issue was the lack of any space to work on a laptop with any degree of comfort.
