Please note that the reception opening hours over Christmas are as follows:
15 December to 18 January, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-16:00.
25 December 10:00 - 15:00

Loved Our Stay
Pros:

We loved this property and will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, with lots of food options within a blocks. Reception staff were very friendly, especially Nana (spelling??), and each floor and parking is secure. The room was fully equipped including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the river (503).

The Milton ferry stop is only a block away making it easy to navigate into the city. With lots of pedestrian bridges we chose to walk in and return by ferry.

Cons:

Nothing. The shower head is more suited for shorter people, but we are not tall so it didn’t matter. Other rooms may be different.

Amazing would book again

The receptionist that checked me in was amazing she needs a raise made me feel really welcome.

Great stay, got everything done we needed to do and got to stay in a good apartment.
Pros:

The location was good for what we needed, very clean room. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very nice.

Cons:

there was nothing that we didn't like about the Hotel.

Pros:

Location was great & Kerri in reception was super friendly and very very helpful. She made our stay very comfortable and went that bit extra to add smiles to our faces.

Great location. Great faculties. Clean & tidy. Lovely staff.
Pros:

The two woman we encountered in reception are the heart of the hotel. Well done. You hired very very well. Reception makes or breaks a hotel. Your reception made it.

Cons:

Haha. I forgot to mention that in our room the plug didn’t fit the bath. Obviously not a big deal, unless you have kids that want a bath. So please, if you can, get a better plug for room 309.

Great apartment in a excellent location!
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to ferry stop and great restaurants in Park Road. Spacious apartment( we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom) with lovely river views!
Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and only $10 a day.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an upgrade and water pressure/ temperature issues but there is a note to warn you. Unfortunately doing work below so was noisy most mornings from 630am!

Pros:

Место и не навязчивость персонала

Cons:

Сильно охолождал комнату кондиционер и не разу не была уборка (только меняли полотенца и мусор выносили, кровать не убирали - это не характерно отелю 4 звезды (вероятно особенность, мне не понятно)
