Please note that the reception opening hours over Christmas are as follows:
15 December to 18 January, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-16:00.

Location for ferry was excellent, 5 min walk. Restaurants close by.

Cons:

Shower over bath was bit dangerous, no handles to hold onto while entering or exiting shower, not enough towels for 4 day stay.

Overall our stay was good and the rooms and beds are comfortable.
Pros:

We have stayed here previously and it is in a great location. Close to the River Cat, Train and a great selection of restaurants. The room was large enough for our week's stay and the housekeeping staff were attentive.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room above ours was being renovated and we had jackhammering going on for almost a day and we had to leave the room and go out somewhere to get away from it. We understand that this is a difficult situation when renos need to be done. The management were helpful during this time.
