Location , staff , tera's, spa every tinkg was great

Cons:

We had een issue , in the moment dat michelos the reception manger heard a bout it , every thing changed , every body tried to make our stay perfect and amazing!! From the reception to the bar staff and breakfast staff all was just unbelievable helpful and generous !!
Special thanks also to Maria that did our check in !! She helped with all we needed and solve fous mistale that we did , we booked one day later, so when we arrived we had no room and the hotel was full , she still checked us in !! Just amazing people amazing hotel

Overpriced 2+2 Day Pass & Lunch
Pros:

We booked a 2+2 day pass with lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday and paid €170. The €75 lunch voucher barely covered 2/3 of the meal. Two kids’ meals and two steak wraps with drinks came to €105, which felt extremely expensive for what was essentially a wrap and a bowl of fries with poor service and a wobbly table I was given napkins to fix myself.

After lunch we went to the pool and spa, but it was so overcrowded that we could not find a lounger and struggled to get a seat in the sauna or steam room. The whole experience felt poor value for money and ended up being the most disappointing €200 I have spent. We left early and went home for a takeaway and dessert from a local patisserie instead. Would be ok value at 1/2 the price.

After speaking to the staff in regards to our disappointment , they advised us that they will not be refunding our money
Pros:

We never stayed more than an hour we left in disgust

Cons:

On the way to our room the carpet was worn out and smelled of dust , our daughter had thyroid cancer surgery 6 months prior and we could not risk her getting infection from the dust smell in the carpet
