Súper mal servicio, No me respetaron la reservación, llegué al hotel con mis hijos y esposa y casualmente ya tenían todo lleno a pesar de que avisé al hotel que llegaría en la noche,.les valió y utilizaron mi reserva para otro huésped, muy poco profesional

No respetan las reservaciones a pesar de que les llame para avisar que llegaría en la noche, les valió y no respetaron la reservación imagínate llegar a un hotel a las 9 pm con familia y maletas y te digan ya está lleno haganle como puedan
